The Body Of An Angel.

I have resigned myself to the fact that I have never been and never will be a ' Gym Bunny.'

Other than my interest in pretty Nike trainers, the thrill of the treadmill eludes me. When I think 'Gym,' I'm alarmed by the unattractive sweaty, red hue and an inability to breathe that it gives me.

Having taken up Yoga once a week (which I love and wrote about here,) I naively assumed this was enough. But, then I discovered the Victoria's Secret Workout and am still suffering the consequences.

Seduced by the tempting images of the perfectly beautiful Angels, I was sucked in with the promise of a 'toned tush' and skinny thighs.

I've been doing the ten minute workout every night for 8 days and am not having you on when I say I already feel so much better for it.

Celebrity trainer, Andrea Orbeck hauls you through a gruelling ten minutes of utter pain. My first video culminated in me lying on the floor, gasping for air and trying not faint.

It's all too easy when you work in an office to spend the majority of the day parked on your bum, chomping whatever chocolate you can find rattling round at the back of you drawer (just me?)

Combining this workout with Jergens Body Firming Moisturiser (currently half price at Savers and an absolute miracle product) has already made me feel more confident about the horrible thought of baring my legs this Summer.

I've still got a way to go, but who wouldn't fight through the achy legs and empty lungs for the body of an angel?

Give it a whirl and let me know what you think..
