I have resigned myself to the fact that I have never been and never will be a ' Gym Bunny.'
Other than my interest in pretty Nike trainers, the thrill of the treadmill eludes me. When I think 'Gym,' I'm alarmed by the unattractive sweaty, red hue and an inability to breathe that it gives me.
Having taken up Yoga once a week (which I love and wrote about here,) I naively assumed this was enough. But, then I discovered the Victoria's Secret Workout and am still suffering the consequences.
